Defective or Damaged Items
We accept returns and exchanges only for items that arrive with manufacturer defects or damage.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order. We will gladly arrange an exchange for the same item.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange:

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only (no refunds) for defective items

Replacement items will be shipped once the original item is received and inspected

If the same item is unavailable, we will contact you with alternative options

If the customer orders the wrong item and needs to exchange the item, the customer will initiate an exchange request by following the Return Process below. The customer will be responsible for shipping back the item at their expense, and the item will be subject to inspection per this Return Policy.
