Once promoted to Sergeant, the Sergeant wears the BLACK mantle.
Each side has a 10 inch Templar Cross pattée sewn on it.
The cloak tie is black cotton.
The cloak/mantle is made of 100% Cotton and the cross is a 10 inch Cross pattée.
