Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Templar Shop USA, we take pride in the quality of our products and want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. Please review the following Return, Exchange & Refund Policy before placing an order.

Manufacturer Defects or Damaged Items

​

Templar Shop USA will accept returns or provide an appropriate replacement for products that arrive with a verified manufacturer defect or are damaged upon receipt.

​

Customers must notify Templar Shop USA within 15 days of the original delivery date and provide sufficient information regarding the defect or damage. We may request photographs or other documentation to help verify the condition of the item.

​

Products damaged through misuse, improper handling, normal wear and tear, modification, or circumstances occurring after delivery are not considered manufacturer defects.

​

Exchanges

​

Eligible merchandise may be exchanged within 15 days of the original order delivery date.

To qualify for an exchange, merchandise must be:

• Unused and unworn

• In its original condition

• Free from damage, stains, odors, or alterations

• Returned with original packaging, tags, or accessories when applicable

 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs associated with an exchange unless the exchange is the result of an error by Templar Shop USA or a verified manufacturer defect.

Additional shipping charges may apply when sending replacement merchandise.

Refunds

​

Except in cases involving verified manufacturer defects, damaged merchandise, incorrect merchandise shipped by Templar Shop USA, or another situation specifically approved by Templar Shop USA, all sales are considered final and refunds are not guaranteed.

Templar Shop USA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to approve or deny refund requests that fall outside the terms of this policy.

​

25% Restocking Fee

​

If Templar Shop USA chooses, at its sole discretion, to approve and issue a refund that would otherwise fall outside of or be contrary to this Return, Exchange & Refund Policy, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the approved refund amount.

​

Any original shipping charges, return shipping expenses, transaction-related charges, or other non-refundable costs may also be excluded or deducted from the refund where applicable.

​

Approval of an exception for one customer, order, or transaction does not constitute a waiver or modification of this policy and does not require Templar Shop USA to approve similar requests in the future.

​

Non-Returnable Items

​

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, Templar Shop USA may refuse returns or exchanges for:

​

• Items that have been worn, used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

• Personalized or customized merchandise

• Clearance or final-sale merchandise when identified as such at the time of purchase

• Items returned more than 15 days after delivery

• Merchandise returned without authorization when authorization is required

• Products that are not returned in substantially the same condition in which they were received​

 

Return Shipping

​

Unless an item was received damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped by Templar Shop USA, customers are responsible for all return shipping expenses.

​

We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning merchandise. Templar Shop USA is not responsible for returned merchandise that is lost or damaged while in transit.

Refund Processing

​

Once an approved return is received and inspected, the customer will be notified regarding the status of the refund.

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original method of payment, less any applicable restocking fees, shipping charges, or other permitted deductions.

The amount of time required for a refund to appear in the customer's account may vary depending on the customer's bank, credit card company, or payment provider.

Order and Shipping Errors

If Templar Shop USA sends an incorrect item or an order arrives with a verified manufacturer defect or shipping-related damage, please contact us as soon as possible and within the applicable 15-day period.

When appropriate, Templar Shop USA may provide a replacement, exchange, refund, or other reasonable resolution.

Policy Abuse

​

Templar Shop USA reserves the right to deny a return, exchange, or refund when there is evidence of fraud, abuse of this policy, excessive or unreasonable return activity, product substitution, intentional damage, or other conduct inconsistent with the legitimate purpose of this policy.

Policy Changes

​

Templar Shop USA reserves the right to modify this Return, Exchange & Refund Policy at any time.

 

The policy in effect at the time an order is placed will generally govern that transaction, subject to applicable law.
