At Templar Shop USA, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction.

​Defective or Damaged Items

​We accept returns and exchanges only for items that arrive with manufacturer defects or damage.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order. We will gladly arrange an exchange for the same item.

​Eligibility Requirements

​To qualify for a return or exchange:

• The request must be made within 15 days of delivery

• The item must be unused and in its original condition

• The item must be returned in its original packaging

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Exchanges

​We offer exchanges only (no refunds) for defective items

• Replacement items will be shipped once the original item is received and inspected

• If the same item is unavailable, we will contact you with alternative options​

• If the customer orders the wrong item and needs to exchange the item, the customer will initiate an exchange request by following the Return Process below. The customer will be responsible for shipping back the item at their expense, and the item will be subject to inspection per this Return Policy. 

Non-Returnable Items

​We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Items without defects

• Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear

• Clearance or final sale items

• ​After 15 days

• Provide your order number and a description of the issue

• Include photos clearly showing the defect or damage

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

​Shipping Costs

​If the return is due to a verified manufacturer's defect, we will cover return shipping costs

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen return shipments
